Original Hot Yoga

Embark on a transformative 90-minute experience in the Original Hot Yoga, also known as Bikram Yoga or 26&2. This class takes you through a set sequence of 26 postures and accompanying two breathing exercises, carefully designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Step into our controlled, hot, and humid environment, allowing the heat to infuse your practice with an intensified sense of purification and vitality. Sweat, stretch, and glow as you immerse yourself in this invigorating journey of hot hatha yoga bliss, leaving you rejuvenated and empowered.

Our hot room is heated with a mix of forced air and heating panels that raise the temperature to 105 degrees. The air is constantly exchanged and filtered to give you the best breathing experience while you sweat and find your inner zen.

Our studio flooring is made of an anti-microbial rubber, which also helps to reduce slipping.

OHY Express

Short on time? Our Original Hot Yoga Express class offers the potency and depth of the traditional Original Hot Yoga class, streamlined into a shorter, dynamic 60-minute session. It's the perfect way to cultivate balance and energy when you're on a tight schedule.

Unwind and discover profound stillness with our Yoga Nidra experiences. Allow your body and mind to enter a state of complete rest, while maintaining awareness and intention, leading to profound rejuvenation and clarity.

There could be residual heat from previous hot yoga sessions and the studio may still be warm (between 85-95 degrees).

Private Lessons

Our private lessons are a tailored yoga experience designed to help you meet your specific goals with the guidance of one of our studio owners or long-time instructors with over 10 years of teaching experience. In this one-hour session, we will work closely with you to create a transformative practice catered to your individual needs.

Our session usually begins with a mindful breathing exercise and a gentle warm-up posture, setting the foundation for a focused and centered practice. We will then delve into the postures that you would like to work on, providing detailed instructions and personalized adjustments to optimize your alignment and deepen your understanding.

As the session concludes, we will equip you with additional exercises and practices to further support your progress outside of the studio. You will also receive specific notes, capturing key insights and recommendations from your session, empowering you to continue your yoga journey with clarity and confidence.

Booking a private 60-minute session requires a separate fee outside of our membership structure.

When I started practicing hot yoga several years ago I had 'frozen shoulder' on both sides. Although the practice was challenging, I kept at it with the encouragement and patient instruction of my teachers and as a result, my excruciating joint pain was healed.

This yoga studio is one of the first yoga studios in this area. I believe this yoga studio is a Godsend. Over the years the studio has gone through many transformations and has weathered it all. Granted it is not in a state-of-the-art building, but the yoga, the practice, and the vigor remains the same and authentic.

The instructors are wonderful, each of them is unique in their own. They will observe your practice and give you many, many loving corrections. After class you can stop at the front desk and ask questions about what you could do better. The instructors are friendly, they will remember you by name, and if you frequently practice, they will become friends!
