When I started practicing yoga several years ago I had frozen-shoulder on both sides. Although the practice was challenging, I kept at it with the encouragement and patient instruction of my teachers and as a result, my excruciating joint pain was healed.
This studio has become part of my life and my weekly routines. The community is a nurturing and diverse group with wonderful instructors. Everyone is welcome. I feel more mind-body alignment than ever before, though I am now in my sixties, and I honestly don't know where I would be without this practice.
